ROLE OBJECTIVE

To ensure the successful attainment of production objectives in alignment with the Group's established policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure safety, product excellence, and operational efficiency through:

• Effective leadership of the on-duty personnel
• Coordination with other departments responsible for plant operations
• Management of format/production/equipment transitions in accordance with established timelines and procedures
• Supervision of adherence to internal safety regulations and protocols
• Promptly addressing production challenges that may arise during shifts, efficiently coordinating available resources
• Providing ongoing technical support to the on-duty team
• Assisting the Production Manager in training initiatives for operators
• Collaborating with the Maintenance department to optimize production efficiency
• Fostering a team-oriented culture
• Encouraging a safety-focused corporate environment
• Upholding the Corporate Principles and Values

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Proficient in People and Project Management
• Strong teamwork capabilities
• Proficient English language skills
