Event Logistics Lead

Herzum is seeking an experienced Event Logistics Lead to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing logistical elements for event staff, planning and coordinating on-site implementation plans, and supporting the recruitment of event venue staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop logistical elements for event staff prior to and during the event.
  • Lead the planning, development, and coordination of on-site implementation plans for cardholder sales and marketing materials.
  • Support the recruitment of event venue staff and lead the development of staff playbooks and training materials.
  • Liaise with local agencies on staffing, logistics, and production needs for on-site delivery of activation materials.
  • Act as the on-the-ground point of contact for vendors installing the Superstore and for other-schemas cardholders sales large format executions.
  • Develop spreadsheets and presentations for all operational staff needs.
  • Lead vendor negotiations, contracting, and set-up for payments.
  • Oversee day-to-day logistics budget management.

Preferred Skillset/Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of project management, business operations, and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to independently create and manage tracking and presentation documents.
  • Experienced in managing vendors and third-party stakeholders.

Location: Onsite in Milan (Italy). Travel may be required for a few days/month.
