Position Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience and demonstrate high proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by following up on leads and establishing networks of affiliates.
  • Convert potential leads into active clients by facilitating the deposit of funds and initiating trading activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed the company’s targets for daily and weekly sales calls and client conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Retention team to ensure effective onboarding of new clients and support their long-term retention.
  • Comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and adhere to standards set by the Compliance department for all communications with clients.
  • Stay informed about key regulatory requirements related to investment services and client interactions.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients through regular communication via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding technical and onboarding matters, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, trading platforms, and business terms, while providing feedback to management on client expectations and suggestions for business growth.

Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing financial markets and investment firms.
  • Proficient in using various computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and develop robust relationships, with a self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative mindset.
  • This position requires evening shift availability.
