Position Summary
We are looking for a Spanish Speaking Sales & Retention Executive to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience and demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English. Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with leads and expanding networks of affiliates.
  • Convert potential leads into active clients by facilitating fund deposits and initiating trading activities.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Meet the company's targets for daily and weekly sales calls and client conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Retention team to effectively onboard new clients and enhance their long-term engagement.
  • Comply with the company's Code of Conduct and adhere to the standards set by the Compliance department in all communications.
  • Stay informed about key regulatory requirements related to investment services and client interactions.
  • Provide exceptional service to prospective and existing clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding technical issues and onboarding processes, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and trading platforms, offering feedback to management on client expectations and business growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for financial markets.
  • Proficient in using various computer systems.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a self-motivated and competitive mindset.
  • This position requires evening shift availability. A competitive salary and commission structure is offered, along with a hybrid work model for flexibility.
