Job Summary

Grs Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team in the Payments Industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into sales.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Present the company's products and services to potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and services to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the company CEO and discuss sales performance and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, sales executive, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and email marketing.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and build strong relationships with clients.
