Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team at FXCM. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a crucial role in supporting and collaborating with Project Managers on projects of varying complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including meeting minutes, business cases, project plans, timelines, and change requests.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including project time tracking, updates, status reporting, metric reporting, and related tasks.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal departments, effectively identifying, understanding, and delivering desired solutions and value.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on PM technologies and draft proposals to support business initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving and Interpretation: Interpret technical concepts for business users and provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Demonstrate initiative and take ownership of assigned tasks, serving in a junior project manager capacity when cross-coverage is required.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and self-driven.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in research, change management, PM tools, and MS suite preferred.
  • Language and Culture: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, and a highly professional and adaptable attitude.
Working Arrangements

We offer a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with options for EU/US hybrid hours. Working from the office is required for 3 days per week.

All FXCM employees must be eligible to work in Cyprus.
