About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Consultant to join our team at GRS Recruitment. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a group of professionals and handling a variety of projects for both local and international clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Be an expert in the software systems implemented by the company, with a strong understanding of enterprise business processes.
  • Lead a team of professionals for a variety of projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Analyse client requirements, design solutions, and compile functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform installations of software and implementations of the specified solutions, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Perform quality assurance, provide user training, and handholding to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical support remotely and on-site, addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Perform system maintenance and upgrades, ensuring the software systems are up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Provide consulting services to help clients use technology to optimise their operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Participate in presentations to potential clients and the preparation of proposals, showcasing the company's expertise and services.
  • Manage people and projects according to seniority, ensuring effective team leadership and project delivery.
Candidate Profile
  • Holder of a University degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 8+ years of previous working experience implementing complex software systems in a leadership role, including substantial experience in managing people and projects.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, with some understanding of databases and database programming.
