About the position

TMF Group has successfully integrated Microsoft Dynamics in over 30 offices throughout EMEA and is now set to upgrade and implement D365 FO across 86 locations in the coming years. As a D365 FO Consultant, you will engage in various projects associated with this initiative and offer third-level support across our international organization as needed.

This role allows you to work from one of our offices in the EMEA region or remotely.

Key responsibilities

The D365 FO Consultant will be an integral part of our Dynamics Centre of Excellence team, with key responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

  • Implementing D365 FO across various locations;
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, including C-level executives;
  • Participating in the design and presentation of the new core functionalities of the D365 FO-based solution to client management, key users, and local offices;
  • Evaluating and documenting key client requirements, preparing Functional Design Documents, coordinating with clients and management, conducting system setups, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting the entire process of master data management, data migration, production, and post-production phases, as well as user training;
  • Engaging with diverse groups within the project, including C-level stakeholders, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Project Management, and peers;
  • Assuming team leadership responsibilities as the lead consultant when necessary.

Key requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a DAX consultant, with a track record of serving as lead consultant in several full-cycle DAX project implementations;
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 FO, particularly in Finance and Project modules;
  • Advanced understanding of Finance and Accounting is advantageous;
  • Familiarity with EU VAT, tax, and other statutory regulations, along with their localization in DAX for various geographies, is beneficial, as is international hands-on experience;
  • Proficiency with various reporting and data processing tools and platforms, such as Power BI;
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with major office tools like MS Office; experience with other ERP systems is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Exceptional communication abilities, enabling effective liaison with stakeholders on a global scale through multiple channels;
  • Detail-oriented, precise, and capable of delivering under pressure;
  • Organized, disciplined, and possessing a hands-on approach;
  • A collaborative team player, eager to learn and share knowledge.
