Position Overview
GRS Recruitment is representing a reputable and growing Audit firm in the search for a Senior Accountant to enhance their team. This role is pivotal for those who possess the requisite expertise and experience in the accounting domain.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain financial records while managing a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on both local and international enterprises.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of VAT regulations and compliance.
  • Handle intricate accounting transactions and provide guidance on accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Supervise and review a portfolio of accounting clients, tailored to your level of expertise.
  • Mentor and develop new Trainee Employees.
  • Prepare audit documentation and Financial Statements using Caseware for auditor review.
Candidate Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • ACCA/ACA qualification or part qualification is considered a valuable asset.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client accounting is essential.
  • Proficient in both Greek and English languages.
