**Join KONE's Business Controlling Finance Team**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Business Development Manager to become a valued member of our Business Controlling Finance team at KONE Eastern Europe and Mediterranean frontline. The frontline consists of 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the Mediterranean region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive strategic growth and profitability in the Service division.
  • Provide actionable management insights and guidance to commercial decisions, leveraging business acumen and financial expertise.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business logic, dependencies, and key operational processes.
  • Collaborate with local finance teams to support budgeting, month-end closing, actual results reporting, and forecast preparation.
  • Drive process improvement and simplification, with a focus on automation and efficiency gains across 16 countries.
  • Support strategic and long-term planning for the Service business line.
  • Provide expert advice and support to the finance and business community on reporting and accounting matters.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, financial management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to combine commercial and financial drivers with an understanding of core business opportunities and limitations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive improvement in processes.
