Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct supplier performance, capability, and risk assessments
* Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance supplier performance
* Collaborate with procurement, industry, engineering, and quality teams to achieve business objectives
* Travel up to 80% of the time to supplier premises

Requirements:

* 10 years of manufacturing experience in aerospace, automotive, defense, or other technical sectors
* Supply chain management background and experience in supplier development/supplier performance management
* Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of techniques such as DMAIC
* Proven ability to improve supplier performance using appropriate tools and lean methodologies
* APQP & Lean Engineering background is a plus
* English negotiation level
* Italian negotiation level
* French is a plus
