About the Role
Farfetch is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join its team in a luxury retail outlet store. As a Sales Supervisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales skills and knowledge.
