Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance post-sales efficiency and quality of service.
- Analyze KPIs related to post-sales, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable recommendations.
- Train and develop dealers' technical and administrative staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and assist them in meeting their sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align post-sales strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in post-sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
