Origination Specialist

At Intrum, we're committed to helping our clients succeed. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Origination & Client Management Trainee.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our clients to manage their contracts and relationships. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing client contracts, including new and renewal agreements, and ensuring timely execution;
- Collaborating with internal teams to share contract conditions and identify potential operational challenges;
- Configuring international mandates, including setting economic parameters and fees;
- Providing technical and analytical support for the use of Salesforce, our CRM platform;
- Maintaining client portals, from qualification to maintenance, and ensuring accurate documentation.
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in credit recovery and collection processes. You'll work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your contributions will make a real difference.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Knowledge of the credit recovery and collection sector, including processes and procedures;
- Experience with small ticket applications, such as Colldesk and Bridge, and familiarity with international mandates;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce;
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
