Job Summary

KCTCS invites applications for the part-time position of Testing Center Assistant. This department provides a range of testing services to area businesses, industries, and individuals. This position will assist the Testing Center Staff with daily responsibilities while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and staff with the check-in process.
  • Greet candidates and check them in.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, copying, scanning, filing, and stocking office supplies.
  • Maintain testing rooms and supplies, and run errands as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Suite experience.
  • Dependable and able to maintain a work schedule.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work with individuals and groups.
  • Follows instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
