About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maritime Technical Specialist to join our team at Andrea Carlevaris & Partners. As a key member of our Surveying and Technical Department, you will be responsible for undertaking technical surveys, risk assessments, audits, and project management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct surveys and inspections according to industry standards and international maritime conventions
* Verify compliance of new build/refit projects with technical specifications
* Provide technical support to clients
* Work with our ACP SURVEYORS System to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience in a new build shipyard or as a surveyor with a classification society
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
* Excellent English written and spoken
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Availability to travel frequently
