About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Mattamy Homes Limited. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our prospects realize their dream of home ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with prospects and provide exceptional customer service to meet their home buying needs.
  • Accompany prospects to property sites, describe features, and provide information about our homes and communities.
  • Assist Lead Sales Counselors by setting appointments with prospects, providing administrative assistance, and following up with purchasers after contract.
  • Demonstrate a team focus, coordinate various administrative activities, and ensure customer expectations are properly met in the facilitation of all activities from contract signing to closing.
Requirements
  • Availability to work part-time hours per week, including weekends and some holidays.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bonus points for a Real Estate License (strongly preferred but not required).
