About the Role:

The Campervan Station Manager will be responsible for the independent leadership and establishment of the location, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement existing standards and processes while contributing own ideas
  • Maintain constant communication with international teams to ensure ongoing improvements
  • Lead on-site team, motivating and guiding them in their tasks and quality control
  • Recruit and build the right talent for the location
  • Oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners
  • Advise customers on products and services, sending them out as happy campers on the roads of Europe

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar
  • Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous
  • High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
  • Excellent English language skills, with fluency in the language of the country applied for
