We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Location Manager - Team Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our campervan fleet and leading a team of employees at our station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Location Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations at our station, working closely with central departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process Optimization: Implement existing standards and processes, contributing your own ideas to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead your team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
  • Fleet Management: Maintain an overview of the local vehicle fleet, ensuring documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
  • Customer Consultation: Advise customers on our products and services, sending them out as happy campervan renters on the roads of Europe.

Requirements:

  • Completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar.
  • Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
  • High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
  • You are a hands-on and effective communicator.
  • Resilient problem solver and highly organized.
  • Driver's license Class B.
