About the Role

As a Middle Office GTB analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the local team in administrative activities.

This position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English and Italian.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer support and acting as a central point of contact.
  • Assist the Middle Office in its daily tasks, including paper instructions, customer services, flows supervision, mandate SEPAA direct debit, mandate management, power of attorney management, implementation of Cash Management products and services, and collecting documents or data from customers.
  • Collaborate with Back Offices in Paris and Warsaw and the support Middle Office in Warsaw.
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a Master's degree in Business/Engineering School or University, specializing in Economics or Finance. Previous experience in Trade Finance is an asset.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English and Italian.
