Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Italian branch in Carpi (Modena). As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and channel development across the North Italy region. Your primary objective will be to deliver greater market share through our key partners, contributing to the success of HYVA Group.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for your area, overseeing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals.
  • Secure and grow revenue within a select group of key distributors.
  • Effectively manage channels to increase HYVA's market share within coding and marking in these key distributors.
  • Lead tracking and reporting of business KPIs in all submitted territory.
  • Generate leads and proactive sales by executing against your promotional and networking events and activities.
  • Travel from 50% to 75% of the time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
  • Native Italian speaker.
  • Good level of English.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position working for an international aftermarket supplier/automotive/industrial/agriculture distributor as an account manager or in product management.
  • Technical background is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the regional and national automotive aftermarket as well as the products, trends, and customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset, strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills (min 3 years).
  • Traveling up to 75%.
