About the Role

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our EMEA Global Sales team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and semiconductor products, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales or field applications engineering.

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to explain complex technical content to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing key account strategies to maximize profitable NXP sales at leading industrial and automotive customers in Italy.

The role involves close cooperation with NXP's sales and field application engineering teams, as well as intensive communication with responsible business lines. The successful candidate will drive new product definition together with customers and NXP business lines to secure long-term success in key market segments.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute key account strategies to maximize profitable NXP sales
  • Identify areas of cooperation with NXP experts and translate them into contracts
  • Develop system proposals through close cooperation with NXP's sales and field application engineering teams

Requirements:

  • Electrical engineering degree or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor technical sales or field applications engineering
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical content to customers
  • Fluency in Italian and English
