Job Title: Senior Commercial FP&A Specialist

Adecco Italia is recruiting for a Senior Commercial FP&A Specialist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth by developing and embedding revenue growth strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial spend and focus on high-potential growth areas and key customer segments.
  • Model the volume and financial impact of various strategic scenarios to inform business decisions.
  • Provide analytical support for specific projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Economics or Business.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management or a related field.
  • Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, with experience in sales, marketing, trade marketing, category management, finance, or strategic consultancy.
  • FMCG industry knowledge and experience with Nielsen and/or Circana.
  • Fluency in English, with Italian and a third language a plus.
