About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in manufacturing operations and supply chain management to drive business growth and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing production capacity, managing material procurement, and coordinating shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing capacity and meet Return to Forecast (RTF) targets.
  • Establish short- and long-term material procurement plans to support line operation and supply needs.
  • Optimize mass production dates based on Product Life Cycle (PLC) and End of Production (EOP) timelines.
  • Manage shipping schedules to meet Purchase Order (PO) delivery dates and ensure timely product delivery to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis tools.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
