Senior Solution Architect

As a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Data & AI, you will play a pivotal role in empowering customers to achieve their goals through strategic investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your expertise in Azure or Data & AI solutions, you will lead technical discussions with customers, guiding them to extract maximum value from their Microsoft investments and identifying solutions to overcome challenges hindering the success of their data and AI projects. • Customer Insights and Technical Environment
  • Gather customer insights from a broad range of stakeholders and the main business sponsor to shape and form both the definition and ongoing execution of projects. Anticipate industry trends and leverage insights to influence long-term technology strategy and influence others to focus and adapt business models, plans, and solutions to key insights.
  • Work with customer stakeholders and business sponsors to socialize the business solution and project approach to determine if changes are needed to the business solution.
• Architecture Design and Deployment
  • Leverage a structured approach to architecture projects using existing methodologies and reference architecture. Propose and develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers.
  • Define and document the architecture through an architecture description document, architecture decisions log, and requirements/constraints traceability matrix.
• Practice Development
  • Generate new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property. Anticipate and address organization- and industry-wide gaps, patterns, and needs to drive changes.
• Trusted Advisor
  • Develop a deep network of internal/external relationships with senior-level decision makers at high-impact customers to build influence in addressing problems/blockers and facilitating additional views on the matter of interest.
• Thought Leadership
  • Lead the direction that internal team members and stakeholders take with customers by sharing ideas, insight, and strategic, technical input across boundaries.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security).
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security).
• OR equivalent experience.
