Cloud Security Architect

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud solutions for our customers.

This is a customer-facing role, requiring strong technical and communication skills. You will work closely with customers to understand their security needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

1. Customer Centricity

• Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor.
• Provide feedback and insights from customers/partners.
• Be the voice of the customer to share insights and best practices.

• Share expertise and contribute to intellectual property creation and re-use.
• Run architectural design sessions to build a plan for implementing the solution.

• Position and deliver solutions that drive security product usage.
• Develop opportunities to drive customer success business results.

• Leverage market insights to assist leadership in defining global vision.
• Role model effective technical readiness and influence team to drive their own technical readiness.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or business applications consulting.
3. Extensive experience working in a customer-facing role.
4. Extensive experience working on technical projects.
5. Technical certification in cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
