About the Role

We are seeking a Director for our Industrial and Logistics Agency business line. The key responsibility of the role is to reinforce our positioning as a strategic Industrial & Logistics advisor to the most important corporates, logistics operators, investors, and developers in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering core real estate services, including marketing of existing products and developments, supporting and advising clients at all stages of negotiations through closing.
  • Promoting our services and developing our business, including new business development, supporting the development of new business proposals, and providing clients with industry and market-specific information.
  • Acquiring new mandates from landlords to lease their assets and from tenants to scout opportunities matching their requirements.

Requirements

  • A degree in business, finance, real estate, engineering, or a relevant qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of the I&L scenario and proven experience/track records within Logistics Real Estate.
  • Strong commercial experience and aptitude.
  • A good working knowledge of Italian is essential. Fluent English is also required.
  • Strong team player, with brilliant interpersonal and communication skills and aptitude in establishing and managing long-lasting relationships with our clients and the wider JLL team.
  • Capability to work on objectives and strong interest in a professional growth and career.
  • An effective user of Microsoft Office.
