Investment Products Structurer

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Products Structurer to join our team in Milano, Italy.

About the Role:

  • Design and present trade ideas structures suited to market conditions.
  • Design and structure investment solutions such as Certificates, UCITS funds, and protected insurance products.
  • Work closely with Sales and Trading desks to deliver indicative and live pricing of exotic derivatives.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Administration Departments.
  • Support sales teams for client presentations.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a front office structuring team or similar role.
  • Experience in structuring desks with a focus on Equity derivatives and FICC derivatives products.
  • Excellent academic background from a top university.
  • Good understanding of market risk, derivatives models, and asset management products.
  • Strong communication and financial skills.
