Job Title: Business Lead

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a talented Business Lead to drive innovation and leadership in a dynamic, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design innovative solutions by analyzing and mapping business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Ensure challenges and priorities are accurately captured and managed through proper versioning.
  • Produce high-quality, clear, and consistent outputs throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and assess improvements.
  • Identify beneficial system elements for site-level business operations.
  • Assess and manage risks, escalating when appropriate.
  • Employ and adapt established templates and approaches to ensure process compliance.
  • Support teams in adopting quality and compliance standards, best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct project assurance activities.
  • Utilize data-driven evaluations to make informed decisions, even with incomplete information.
Your Profile Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific field.
  • 7+ years of experience in challenging manufacturing projects within the pharmaceutical/medical device sector, primarily in multinational companies.
  • Experience in formulation processes is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, international projects.
  • Strong aptitude for interacting with global clients and diverse cultures.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish effective communication with client stakeholders and project members across multiple countries.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
