Job Summary: As a Front Office Trainee at Meliá Hotels International, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, responding promptly and professionally to their needs.
  • Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the front office team.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attitude towards customer service.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
