YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive, inquisitive, and resourceful individual to join our Operations Plant.
As a Finishing Production Engineer, you will initially assist the Head of the Automated Finishing Area in enhancing departmental efficiency by analyzing critical performance metrics. This role will allow you to gradually take charge of managing the reporting system and analyzing production data (including efficiency, quality, lead time, etc.), while also developing essential managerial skills for overseeing a complex production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Employ SAP for effective data gathering.
- Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze production outcomes.
- Reporting: Present analytical findings to production management.
- Support Management Activities:
- Model scheduling across multiple production lines.
- Job allocation and performance improvement analysis.
- Implement Lean Methodologies daily.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various area managers to optimize production flow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments related to production, including Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Health Safety & Environment, Human Resources, and Controlling.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify actions for improvement to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and productivity goals.
