About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Director to join our team at LePub in Rome. As a key member of our Account team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing workflow, and delivering insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage and coordinate the Account team to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with clients' competitor activities and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Account Lead to develop and implement account plans that drive business growth.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in integrated campaigns in international agencies.
- Experience in international accounting and team coordination management.
- Italian mother-tongue with fluent English.
- Strong communication and team work skills.
