Account Director

The Account Director will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of a key client account across multiple markets. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing client relationships, developing and implementing effective growth strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute client service plans to drive growth and retention
- Manage and mentor a team of account managers to ensure delivery of exceptional client service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage and mitigate risks to the account and the business
- Provide regular business reviews and insights to senior management
- Extensive client service management experience, ideally in a global or regional role
- Proven track record of driving growth and retention in a client-facing role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
