Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Publicis Media. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading our clients' accounts and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate the account team to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns in international agencies.
  • Experience in team coordination management and international accounting.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
