Job Description

O-I is a leading manufacturer of glass containers, and we are seeking a talented Graduate Program candidate to join our team. As a Graduate Program participant, you will have the opportunity to work and study in our plants, gaining hands-on experience in glass manufacturing and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work and study in our plants, gaining hands-on experience in glass manufacturing and production
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our industry and processes
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and glassmakers to learn and grow

Requirements

  • Master's degree in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering
  • CEFR level B2 in Italian and English
  • Passion for manufacturing processes and activities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
