About the Role

RINA is seeking a skilled Construction Supervision Accountant to join its Infrastructure Division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring the economic progress of projects and ensuring accurate accounting of works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounting of works, including updating projects and accounts based on requested variations and applying public procurement accounting rules.
  • Prepare estimated metric computations and monitor on-site activities to ensure project progress.
  • Prepare passive SIL and SAL documents, sharing information on work progress with the Site Director and Site Manager.
  • Verify the update of works and any variations on technical drawings, and allocate costs and revenues to cost centers.
  • Support the Project Controller in preparing the project budget and subsequent updates.
  • Verify, in coordination with the Works Management, the documentation related to SAL.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with technical standards for the assessment of works (specifications).
  • Excellent proficiency in programs such as STR Vision, Primus.
  • High School Diploma/GED and Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
