Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, considering scope, budget, and schedule constraints.

  • Support the Projects/Client by applying the Best Practices related to project management according to National and International rules.
  • Cooordination of the PMC Team Project.
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of construction materials and services.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to cost estimates.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for budget optimization.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  • Conduct safety audits and address any non-compliance issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, communicating project status, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Identify and address construction-related challenges promptly, working collaboratively with the project team to find effective solutions.
  • Mitigate risks and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients by providing excellent communication and addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding project expectations.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Management Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of National and International rules related to project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
