We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at JUST ONE | Recruitment & Executive Search agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our clients, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a medium-sized company.
  • Skills: Excellent financial analysis and planning skills, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
