Quality & Security Manager

Otoqi, a leading French start-up in the automotive logistics sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality & Security Manager to join our team in Milan.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality standards and guidelines for logistics operations
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations for all affiliates
  • Establish quality control procedures for vehicle handling, storage, and transportation
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Identify areas for improvement within logistics processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Train staff on quality standards and procedures
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure all team members understand and adhere to quality guidelines
  • Implement systems to monitor customer satisfaction and address any quality-related complaints or issues
  • Work to improve the overall customer experience by ensuring high-quality service delivery
Key Requirements
  • Strong background in quality management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality and security frameworks
  • Familiarity with technology solutions related to quality and security
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Highly motivated, fast learner, and driven by impact
