Italy Country Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Italy. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Italy
- Providing proactive and dynamic leadership for a team of ten employees
- Set up, further develop, and manage a dedicated channel network consisting of specialized distributors and dealers
- Analyzing and identifying potential new market segments and clients
- Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
Requirements:
- Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
- Very good knowledge in the field of selling technical products through channel partners and specialized dealers
- Sound experience in business development and key account management, preferably including P&L responsibility
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate sales personality with conceptual capabilities
- Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
- Very good skills in English
