Italy Country Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Italy. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Italy
  • Providing proactive and dynamic leadership for a team of ten employees
  • Set up, further develop, and manage a dedicated channel network consisting of specialized distributors and dealers
  • Analyzing and identifying potential new market segments and clients
  • Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
  • Very good knowledge in the field of selling technical products through channel partners and specialized dealers
  • Sound experience in business development and key account management, preferably including P&L responsibility
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate sales personality with conceptual capabilities
  • Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
  • Very good skills in English
