Job Title: Senior Project Assistant

Unidro, a global player in the heavy industries market of water solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Assistant to join its team in Milan. As a vertically integrated company for customized solutions, Unidro meets all requirements, from process studies to after-sales services.

About the Role

The Senior Project Assistant will support and assist the Project Manager and the Project Team by helping and relieving them in the management and supervision tasks during the entire life cycle of the Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistance in project planning and management
  • Updating and reporting on Job progress / planning progress
  • Assisting the Project Team with flight/hotel bookings if requested
  • Handling of project documents and Customer's specifications
  • Support in the preparation of some documents and Powerpoint presentations
  • Handling and expediting of orders
  • Arranging transportations of goods to warehouses and workshops
  • Updating and reporting job costs control
  • Managing material testing notifications
Requirements
  • University Degree
  • Fluent English and Italian; other Languages appreciated
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and preferably of pdf editing programmes
  • Good Listening skills
  • Good Teamworking skills
  • Natural intuition
  • Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills
  • Adaptability
