About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential business partners, including financial, operational, and market assessments.
  • Transaction Execution: Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including negotiation, contract drafting, and closing.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial modeling and analysis to evaluate business opportunities and transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
