The role: This Senior Marketing Manager position requires a skilled professional to lead marketing strategies and execution in Turkey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing agency collaborations, and overseeing digital campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual marketing calendars and allocate above-the-line (ATL) media budgets by brand and market.
  • Oversee the work of media, social, creative, and influencer agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including campaign planning, creative development, and landing page design.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing:

  • Develop a monthly social media content plan, including reels, stories, posts, and carousels, customized for the Turkish market.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.

Trade Marketing:

  • Lead brand communication and omnichannel marketing activities for key seasons across ATL and below-the-line (BTL) platforms.
  • Work closely with the distributor to implement trade marketing strategies.

Event Planning:

  • Plan and execute major events in the region with the support of a PR agency.
