Role Summary

As an Associate Field Service Engineer at Sciex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our mass spectrometers and related HPLCs. This position involves developing and enhancing technical skills to perform top-tier maintenance, installations, and repairs of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance technical skills to perform maintenance, installations, and repairs of Sciex mass spectrometers and related HPLCs.
  • Work closely with mentors and senior engineers to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.
  • Conduct customer site visits to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: 3-year Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (including Istituto Tecnologico Superiore ITS Academy) or equivalent field experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships, both internally and externally with customers.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel for customer visits and training sessions.
  • A valid Driving License (Category B) is essential.
