Position Overview
We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to enhance our outstanding team of engineers, developers, and data scientists. Your core responsibilities will encompass the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems, while closely collaborating with our machine learning experts to construct and uphold our software solutions and technological framework. You will thrive in a challenging and dynamic team-oriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, scope, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software and tools at the intersection of AI and quantitative finance.
- Improve and sustain the efficiency and scalability of our codebases, proposing and executing solutions to eliminate bottlenecks, enhance computational efficiency, and optimize delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (candidates with a scientific degree and relevant professional experience will also be considered).
- A minimum of two years of experience in a comparable role.
- Expertise in DevOps methodologies and technologies, familiarity with Python software development, database concepts (MySQL), Linux, and CLI.
- Dedication to maintaining code quality.
- Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
