Job Description

As a Junior System Engineer at Doxee, you will be part of a talented team of Engineers responsible for developing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and deploying and running the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Doxee's infrastructure for employees and workstations, including Safetica, WSUS, Office365, Azure AD, and other systems.
  • Effectively communicate with Doxee employees to guide them through IT case resolution and provide timely support.
  • Complete onboarding and offboarding activities, including ordering and provisioning of laptops and managing system access.
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software challenges with users and provide solutions.
  • Manage typical office endpoints like printers, laptops, A/V equipment, and other devices.
  • Manage employee access to Doxee's cloud infrastructure, including AWS and GCP.
  • Work closely with the Platform Engineers to deliver infrastructure projects and upgrades, including network connectivity, security audits, new SAAS roll-outs/integrations, and scripting activities.
  • Document IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Maintain an accurate Asset Inventory to track company assets.
Requirements
  • Interest in working in a fast-growing environment with changing responsibilities and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience supporting customers and/or working with a case management system.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and cloud-hosted systems.
  • Knowledge of Linux-based environments and command-line tools.
  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory/Windows OS/Office365.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • English working proficiency.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with at least one public cloud provider's service portfolio, preferably AWS.
  • Python, Bash, or scripting language experience.
