Job Title: System Administrator

SYS-DAT Group, a leading Italian ICT company, is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to strengthen its internal structure. As a key member of the HARS team, you will be responsible for designing and managing on-premise/cloud IT infrastructures, performing installation and support activities on data centers, and providing technical support to account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage on-premise/cloud IT infrastructures according to ITIL guidelines.
  • Perform installation and support activities on on-premise/cloud data centers, adhering to ISO 9000 and ISO 27000 regulations.
  • Provide technical support to account managers and perform pre-sales activities.
  • Participate in on-call services on H24 type contracts on a rotating basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/specialty in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical/scientific disciplines.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office365, Microsoft SQL Server, Veeam, and VMware.
  • High problem-solving skills, initiative, willingness to travel, and work overtime.
  • Knowledge of English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Concepts of Back-up, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery in hyperconverged architectures.
  • Previous experience in enterprise environments with complex computing architectures.
  • Certifications from software and/or hardware manufacturers.
