Eurointerim S.p.A. is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - HVAC to provide expert technical support for our clients in Alpago, BL.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customers' technical requirements and propose customized HVAC solutions.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system parameterization, application analysis, and component selection.
- Configure and optimize HVAC systems on-site, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and locally, and oversee the installation and commissioning of systems.
- Deliver technical training to customers, OEMs, partners, and internal staff on the use and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical role related to HVAC systems (parameterization, installation, or technical support).
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles applied to HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with industrial programming software (e.g., ISaGRAF) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HVAC simulation software.
- Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with electronic controls and HVAC applications (PLC, BMS) and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, customer focus, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, adaptability to international contexts, and willingness to travel abroad.
