As a Process Expert in Industrial Engineering (m/f/d) at KION ITS EMEA, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Detail the process steps and identify deviations within your area of responsibility.
  • Design solutions integrating SAP and Non-SAP systems for machine connections, including technologies like Flashing, Digital Twin, and AGV.
  • Promote standardization and assist regional sites in validating and evaluating scope extensions within the SAP Industrial Engineering framework.
  • Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements, effectively communicating decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee and actively manage the global key user network across brands.
  • Serve as the primary contact for local key users and business unit members, managing deliverables through the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate escalation to KION Group IT support when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Completed education in industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter/SAP PLM is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of various SAP modules, including the creation of complex routings and work centers.
  • Experience in master data migration from SAP R3 to S/4 is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Experience with Flashing and Digital Twin technologies is beneficial.
  • Proficient in problem-solving with local key users and IT, along with business information analysis.
  • Able to translate raw business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
