Job Title: Technical Support Internship in Healthcare
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Intern to join our team at Philips International. As a Technical Support Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Technical Services Team to assist in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions.
- Perform technical installations of radiology software, ensuring application readiness, completing installations, and handling technical configurations.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS, RIS, and VNA.
- Troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Classify, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety.
- Customize monitoring tools, produce technical reports, and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
